“When I first met Mark, I had an existing website, but I knew it was inadequate. I realised that if I wanted to grow my business, then I needed a good website, I was expecting a standard template type of design. But it wasn’t. It was genuinely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Mark took the time to understand what I wanted in terms of aesthetics what were my business objectives, and how we could best achieve these through the website.

Helping me get clear on who my client was because the website needed to be created around their needs. I was impressed by his depth of business knowledge. In the past, I’ve found this to be a significant stumbling block. Most designers don’t understand business, making it hard to communicate what you want to achieve through the website. His experience of copy that works was extensive and beneficial. He knew how to phrase things to attract clients. While his technical skills were excellent, what I found the best part of working with him was the genuine care he has for his clients. This shows in how quickly he responds to any queries you may have. He will go the extra mile to make sure something you needed was achieved.

His post-design service has been as good as his service during the design phase. This is something that I found a problem with before too. Designers were delighted to take my money and were somewhat engaged during the process. However, their after service was terrible.
