The challenge

Our first project with Gribbon & Pelham was a full website redesign. Their goal was to create a clear and professional online presence that reflected their decades of experience and made it easy for prospective clients to understand and request their services.

Fast forward to 2025, and the business wanted to increase its visibility and thought leadership on LinkedIn. Director Tony was keen to position himself as a go-to residential survey expert and boost the company’s online presence to support new business opportunities.

We started by redesigning the website using Elementor, incorporating Gribbon & Pelham’s branding, and ensuring all services—including surveys, valuations, and lease extensions—were clearly explained. We included a simple, intuitive quote request form and added blog functionality for long-term content strategy and SEO.

When the client chose to add social media management to their package, we took a strategic, collaborative approach. We researched similar LinkedIn profiles, developed content pillars, and created a tailored monthly plan focused on increasing reach, authority, and engagement. Tony’s proactive approach—regularly sharing ideas, photos, and insights—has played a major role in the success of the content. His commitment to engaging with his audience has further amplified the results.
