Client was recommended to Activ by one of our existing clients as he was investing in his online presence through another company and was unhappy with the quality of the work and the service.

Objectives

Provide a higher quality experience for potential clients using the website which would attract and engage them with information to guide a potential purchase. Increase traffic to the website for local search terms. Promote the business through social media to a wider audience.

Outcome

The website content was completely re-structured and re-written to be more customer focused and improve the quality of the copy. The design was updated to provide a cleaner and ‘brighter’ look to develop the brand. New SEO landing pages were developed and targeted with offline promotion which achieved page 1 rankings within a just a few months. Higher quality posts designed to make the most of images has reversed a previously declining social media engagement.
